Coaching

My comprehensive coaching programs are designed to make a significant shift in engagement and productivity. My goal is to develop a strong partnership with clients to assess, design, develop, and execute powerful changes that will improve performance and inspire excellence. Having experience as an entrepreneur and corporate leader, I have faced many of the same challenges, giving me a unique appreciation and approach to support the journey of my clients.  Clients appreciate my sincerity, integrity, and insightful questions to keep momentum towards their desired goals.

I work primarily with the executives and top tier managers in a variety of organizations and industries, including technology, healthcare, insurance, manufacturing, sales and nonprofit. I also work with entrepreneurs who are looking to improve business results by developing a strategic growth plan that includes building stronger relationships internally and externally with key organizational stakeholders.
